Ring-press connection technology is an improvement and upgrade on the basis of double press(V)technology. In 2003, “commmon Tube” pioneered the ring-press connection technology, and obtained the patent, after more than ten years of application proved that the ring-press connection technology is more safe and reliable.
In 2007, our company participated in drafting the National standard of ring-compression stainless steel pipe fitting, GB/T 33926.
Ring-press connection has 2 main features,ring locking and filling sealing.it can be used for DN15-DN150,Working pressure can reach 2.5Mpa.

Installation Procedure
How to install ring-press connection type stainless steel pipe and fitting?
Ring-press connection can be used for DN15-DN150 pipe,Take DN15 pipe as an example to show how to install ring-press connection.
Step1:Cut pipe
Use the pipe cutting tool (pipe cutter, special cutting machine, grinding wheel cutting machine, saw blade cutting machine, etc.)
to cut the pipe according to the required length; The cut section should be perpendicular to the pipe axis and deburr.

Step2:Assembly
First, Place the seal ring trap at the end of the pipe;Then insert the pipe into the socket of the pipe fitting and to the end;
Make the sealing ring completely into the gap between the pipe and the pipe fitting.

Step3: Ring press
Place the preinstalled pipe connection into the ring press tool clamp (the mark surface is consistent with the outer end surface of the pipe fitting) and apply the ring press with a special tool.
Step4:Finished
When the display of the tool pressure gauge reaches the rated working pressure, the ring pressure module is completely closed and the pressure can be relieved after the stabilized pressure ≥3 seconds.
