Oil Press Machine operation process:

1. turn on the “heating” switch of the machine, then wait for 20 minutes or more, an appropriate extension is necessary for the cold season (oil extraction process can not be interrupted).
2. put the dry raw materials directly in [you must firstly fry over low heat or in a microwave oven for medium-well in order to remove excess moisture, If too much moisture, operation process when they’re still warm. It will cause a large number of slag out of the oil port when re-squeezing after speculation and cooling or excessive moisture ].
3. Press the “squeezing” switch to start oil extraction.
4. While oil extraction is completed, press the “clean-up” switch for 20 seconds for it will be easier to remove the screw for cleaning.
5. In case of power failure, turn off the start switch, and unplug the power plug, when there is electricity, turn on the start switch for over 30 minutes in order to continue squeezing.
6. When cleaning, the squeeze boring should be removed and washedwith detergent and water consumption, pay attention! Besides theboring, put other parts of the machine into water or any liquid is prohibited, the dry boring can be stored only when wiped or blew dryimmediately after cleaning .
7. unplug the machine, and keep it in a dry place.
8. the oil can be automatically separated without filtration when storing overnight at the temperature of 15 degrees or more.
