2. What’s your production capacity per month ?
Our production capacity per month is 500,000 pcs watches 

3. What’s the MOQ for your watches ?
The MOQ of our brand products is 1 pcs for retail price and 10 pcs mix color for wholesale price.
Customized watch is MOQ 300 pcs mix different colors and 100 pcs each color ; .

4. Where can we put our own logo ?
You can put your logo on crown, buckle, back case, strap, and watch dial .

5. Can you make my own design watches ?
Yes, we can offer OEM / ODM service per your request

6. Does your watches meet Europe & American standard ?
Yes, our watches do meet Europe & American standard.

7. How long is your warranty time ?
We offer long term relationship customers 1 years products guarantee .

8. What’s your terms of payment ?

30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. we accept T/T , L/C , e-checking , Visa , Western Union , PayPal.

9. How long is the sample time ? How is the sample charge ?
1-3 days for stock sample and 15-25 days for custom logo sample.
We can offer free sample before assemble productions that will save your time to promote your watches .
If you order the customized sample first , sample charges is $ 300 per .

10. How long is production lead time usually ?
30 days for alloy watches ; 60 days for stainless steel watches 

11.How will you deliver the goods to me?
We ship by Air and Sea generally. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly
